We LOVE to visit the library often and get a stack of
new books to read and enjoy! We get a variety of books to read aloud
together and also Level 1 Books for Ame to read to us. Sometimes the kids are
lucky enough to find a fun DVD too (I say lucky because the library selection is by no
means a Blockbuster collection, but every now and then we find some good ones),
and this time we got Mary Poppins and Eloise.
Ame and I also found a really cute book titled,
My Dadima Wears a Sari.
It is about a Grandma (Dadima) who teaches her grand-daughter
about all the Sari's she wears, how to wear them and how each one she
has is special.VERY fitting for a girl who has a grandma living in India!

What a realllllllllly wonderful habit you have established of visiting the library. It is evident that your kids love books, and that doesn't happen by osmosis Brittany!! There is really not a better thing you could be doing to enhance your little ones education than this. CHEERS TO YOU ALL!!!

That's so cool we really need to go to the library more often! In fact you've inspired me as you always do to be a better mommy!
Do you keep a list of their favorites? I'd really like to read them too. I'll try and keep you posted as well about some of ours. We checked out quite a few the other day at the library = )
