Quinn's mom, Frankie, got this hat for Kaipo on her recent trip to the Mid-West.
I don't know if it reminds me more of Davey Crockett,
or the bully in Christmas Story.
Kaipo calls it his racoon hat, and thinks it is pretty cool!

man, sometimes blogger makes me so mad. anyway i just left you a comment on this post but it is no where to be found.
this hat totally makes me think of a christmas story. i love it! to bad it does not cover his ears, then it could be his winter hat.
oh, now that is the PERFECT hat for Kaipo (or any active little racoon). It does bring the fond and funny thoughts of Christmas story!
